Management Team
Clive Nation − Chairman and Chief Executive Officer
After qualifying as an engineer, Clive developed an automatic foreign exchange machine, forming his own currency exchange business (Coinex). This business joined the Travelex Group in 1994 where Clive was appointed Managing Director. As part of the team that secured the £440m acquisition of Thomas Cook's Global & Financial Services business Clive assisted the Travelex Group in becoming the world's largest non-bank foreign exchange business. With his technical background and entrepreneur experience he introduced the world's first DCC Foreign Currency ATM which can now be found in many banks and airport locations. Clive is a Non-Executive Director of Mainet Ltd; a pioneer in the development of charity fundraising in the aviation industry and was appointed by the Lord Chancellor as a General Commissioner of Income Tax serving until March 2009.
Stephen Hart − Chief Operating Officer
Following an initial 14 year career in Banking and Finance with Lloyds Bank International Stephen moved into Telecommunications with Viatel Communications Inc. managing the UK Sales-force. Stephen joined T Mobile UK as a Sales Manager, leading the Corporate Sales Team with the acquisition of a blue-chip client base. After leaving T Mobile in 2006, Stephen joined Air2Web Mobile Marketing Company as General Manager EMEA. In this capacity Stephen opened new markets for the business in the Middle East, Scandinavia and Moscow.
Steve Hackett − Chief Financial Officer
Steve brings more than three decades of Accountancy experience to the Board of Cennox Plc. After qualifying in 1972 Steve has enjoyed a career in commercial accountancy practice, both in the United Kingdom and internationally and has successfully guided a number of businesses from inception to flotation, bringing a wealth of valuable experience to the position.
Nichola Morris − Financial Controller
Nichola brings a strong commercial background to her role with Cennox Plc with more than twelve years Finance experience. Nichola is an ACCA finalist.
Andrew Durbidge − Marketing Executive
Andrew graduated from Lincoln University with a degree in Advertising and Marketing. The course covered International Marketing, Media Planning, Creative Advertising and Direct Marketing , which has been invaluable in his role with Cennox Plc.
